It has officially been just over a year since I bought my car! To date, I have had not a single problem with it! I love my car and I’m so happy I took the shot that day and walked into grande prairie Subaru. I wasn’t sure what my chances of getting into a car would be given past credit history but the man who helped, I think he might have been the boss, went above and beyond to get me into a car and not just any car, but a car in great condition inside and out. Communication was excellent and the process of getting me approved relatively quick. My car payments affordable and reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things and recommend them highly to others. Thank you Grande Prairie Subaru!

My husband and I bought our truck from Steve! He was fantastic to deal with and super friendly. He was always there day or night to answer our questions! If you are in the market for any vehicle this is your man! But especially if you want a RAM this man’s knowledge is beyond mind blowing on RAMS ! Thanks Steve! Talked with a young salesman Ryder Morgan over the phone. He informed me of the wide selection of stock available and I was so impressed with his professionalism and patience I stopped by the dealership. Very easy to talk to and well versed in his line of work. Will be coming back to GP Subaru for sure!

My daughter bought a vehicle at Grande Prairie Subaru after trying to purchase a 2022 but having no luck at getting a time frame confirmed in Edmonton where she lives. One call to Ashley solved all of our problems. Not only did she confirm a reasonable time frame in getting the new vehicle to her, but she immediately called my daughter to get her loan approved. Within a half hour of calling Ashley, my daughter had purchased her CrossTrek and obtained financing. Ashley was super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Without a doubt it was the best customer service I’ve received in many years. My daughter loves her new vehicle and it was well worth going to Grande Prairie from Edmonton to get it.
